Choosing the Best Online Program

Posted by rosemarieford on July 5th, 2008

One day while in the Dollar Store I overheard an elderly couple talking about buying their groceries in the Dollar Store because that was all they could afford. It really upset me. I have worked for close to 25 years in Catholic education and my pension is very little. I came home that day and told my husband that I was going back to school to get my Masters Degree so I could get a new job. I thought if I worked even ten years in a place with a good pension plan, I would be able to have a decent retirement. I was 51 years of age at that time. I did not want to have a set schedule of classes so I began checking out websites for online education. I came upon a website that dealt with a variety of online universities offering undergraduate and graduate degrees. They also had certification programs. The name of the group was University Alliance. I highly recommend them. They were extremely helpful to me answering questions I had, helping me obtain financial aide and letting me know exactly what to expect. I chose The University of Scranton’s online Master’s Program in Curriculum and Instruction. I finished my degree in 14 months. It was one of the best choices I have ever made.

Master’s Degrees Online is the new focus for Norwich University Online

Posted by Dan on June 16th, 2008

In today’s news its almost impossible to escape the mentioning of the current war in Iraq.  As thousands of troops continue to fight oversees, several enlisted military members can visit AchieveYourCareer.com and find a new addition to their lists of schools, Norwich University, which targets military personnel by offering the ability to earn a masters degree online.

Norwich has a history deep in tradition and actually is one of the first colleges established in the United States.  Its online degree programs allow for the potential student to enroll in a variety of concentrations to help reach their career goals.

Students can study traditional college concentrations such as business administration, criminal justice, and engineering, but what makes Norwich University Online stand out is its dedication to providing a Masters of Arts in Military History for interested military members who may wish to further their careers within the United States Military Forces.  While many schools focus on military students as a valued edition to their student body, Norwich University Online is the only online school that has created a cirriculum centered around the armed forces.

By adding Norwich University Online,  Achieveyourcareer.com again proves itself as a leading online degree source for students to research, explore, and learn in their search for accessible higher education.
